Gemütlichkeit! Corporate Night is an incredible evening of high-energy networking, singing, Masskrug-lifting, and dance-floor classics (chicken dance absolutely included). Running on all cylinders from start to finish, this legendary Tulsa tradition brings the authentic spirit of Munich straight to River West Festival Park.
Taking place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Corporate Night features signature German biers and live performers traveling straight from Germany. For 46 years, this celebration has transformed the Tulsa riverfront – and we are still going strong!
This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Oktoberfest, Inc. Your table purchase does more than secure an unforgettable night out for your team or clients – it supports the massive behind-the-scenes effort to bring this world-class festival to Tulsa and directly contributes to the beautiful parks, services, and amenities of the River Parks Authority. Oktoberfest, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization, and table purchases are deductible as a charitable donation to the full extent of the law.

- 30 Single-Admission Tickets into Zeeco Oktoberfest Tulsa for Corporate Night on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
- A Reserved Table in the Zelt (tent) of your choice.
- Commemorative MassKrug (1-liter stein) or KleinKrug (1/2-liter stein) for each of your guests.
- Your company name will be prominently displayed on a vibrant, four-color table-topper, included as a corporate text listing in the official festival program and on the Zeeco Oktoberfest Tulsa website, and featured on the massive video boards inside Der Lufthansa Technik BierGarten.
- Free parking serviced by the Schnell Fahrt (Fast Ride) shuttle bus system. Parking Note: There is absolutely no parking available at the Oktoberfest festival grounds. All guests must use our shuttle system.
- Dedicated accessible/handicapped parking is available at the OSU Greenwood and Marriott Southern Hills shuttle hubs.
